Katie Frazer is excited to be a part of the Shakespeare in Clare Park team! Katie a producer, actor, writer, and H.B.I.C. who has been working in the Philadelphia area for a decade. She is thrilled to be working again with long-time collaborator and friend, Shamus.

Katie is the co-owner of Love Drunk Life with her amazing creative partner Brandon Monokian. Love Drunk Life is an arts production and creative lifestyle company working to cultivate theatre, film, and product for the artistic soul. With Love Drunk Life, Katie has produced new works in both theatre and film. Producer (Theatre): The Murder & Booze Cabaret (Philadelphia Fringe, Jersey Fringe, and in collaboration with Powerhouse Theatre and the New Canaan Library), amethyst (Philadelphia Fringe in collaboration with Every Library), Herlock Sholmes and the Mysterious Case of the Jersey Devil or The Living Dragon (Philadelphia Fringe), The Most Awkward Love Life of Peabody Magoo (Philadelphia Fringe and Jersey Fringe). As an actor, credits include: Proof (dir. Becky Fleckner), The Stickie Detective Podcast (Theatre Contra), amethyst. (Love Drunk Life), Herlock Sholmes and the Mysterious Case of the Jersey Devil or The Living Dragon (Love Drunk Life), Cellophane (Philadelphia Fringe), A Comedy of Errors (dir. Shamus), Peter Pan is Dead (Cabrini Repertory Theater, NYC), Spilling Stuff and Breaking Things (dir. Michael Allen), How to Write a Letter (dir. Kali Quinn).

She co-wrote The Murder & Booze Cabaret which has been performed in Connecticut, New Jersey, and PA, most recently for the Philadelphia Fringe Festival directed by Shamus. Katie is currently working on a new musical with her amazing husband and gifted musician, Sam Kwietniak. The husband and wife pair also perform music together and are coming soon to an open mic near you.

Katie just recently joined the Advisory Committee of Theatre Contra where she will be working with an amazing group of theatre makers on an amazing 2024 season.

When Katie isn’t making art, she is working at an independent school in the Communications and Summer Programs department flexing the skills she honed working in Front of House at the Arden Theatre Company for 6 years. Theatre really does prepare you for anything.
