This year, Shakespeare in Clark Park celebrates its 5th year of producing free theatre in West Philadelphia! When we first decided that Philadelphia needed its very own Shakespeare in the park --- and that Clark Park was the perfect park for it --- we had no idea that SCP would grow so much, so quickly.

Our core commitment as an organization is that our Shakespeare in the park will never charge admission. We believe that public art is important, and that everyone in the Philadelphia community should have the chance to see professional theatre free of charge.
